Programmet skal være commandline baseret da det skal køre fra vores intranet.

ImageMagick kører under X-Windows, ikke Windows.... (men kan vist nok fås nu til M$-Windows)
pbmplus og netpbm er begge kommandolinie baserede som de fleste unix programmer - du måske være heldig at finde en binary pakke, ellers skal du selb kompilere.
