There is.

Netware has two built-in solutions.

1) RCONSOLE (dos-app)

2) RCONJ (java based)

1) To enable RCONSOLE you can either enter the following in AUTOEXEC.NCF
  LOAD REMOTE xxxxx
  LOAD RSPX
where xxxxx is the password to be used. If you used INETCFG to configure you LAN/protocol settings you can set it up there.

2) To enable RCONJ you enter the following in AUTOEXEC.NCF (nwconfig/ncf files/edit autoexec.ncf - BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SELECT CREATE)
  LOAD RCONAG6 xxxxx 2034 16800
where xxxxx is the password to be used.

If you want to remotecontrol the server via IPX/SPX use RCONSOLE, if using TCP/IP you should use RCONJ. RCONSOLE.EXE is placed in SYS:\PUBLIC RCONJ.EXE is placed in in "1.2" directory where you installed ConsoleOne.

You should use adrem free console as Mihael recommends. It is by far better than either rconsole or rconj.

I have added the lines as FasFan advices and it works with rconj.exe, the only
problem I have is that one of my colleagues cant connect to it. He double click on rconj but nothing happens, I was wondering whether there is some kind of user limit to 1. i Will try the utility mention by Michael, I am courious to see how different and better it is, but I think somehow though that first one should give a chance to the product´s utils.

I would give points to everyone, everybody is so helpfull, I just dont know whether one can give points to more than one person, I will check time Palle.

But anyhow I think I will stick to the build in Netware solution.
