Cookies er blitt borte!

(im from norway and just incase you wouldnt understand what im typing it will be in english but ur welcom to answer in Danish :D )
ok here the problem... it seem like cookies is gone from my system i cant enable it and i cant deactivate when i enter "Tools, Internett Options, Security Tab, Custumize"
so how come cookies just be completely gone and no answer hmm... if it should me a "coockies folder in the windows system folder" ITS GONE TOO! how come ? and how to get it back? i have Administrator Proviliges so that shouldnt be a prob! i relly wont the coockies back cuz many thing i acces need coockes thx...
