The logic for this isnt so streightforward!

If you enter a value in F1 then you need to check if it is a p or u OR even something else! Are other values allowed?
If it is a p then can you be sure that F2 contains a value which is to be copied to F2?
If it is an u then MUST a value be entered into F3?

So first you need to be more specific as to what is wanted!
