pludselig kan siden ikke tilføje header

Det er fordi du har et output FØR din header.

Du må IKKE have NOGET SOM HELST output før din header .. Kan se at du spytter et billede ud, før din header på linie 46.

Brug eventuelt javascript istedet for header.. Det er lidt mindre driftsikkert, men virker da i de fleste tilfælde :)
