Access to Terminal server using Accesstoken/smartcard

Hi

I want to install a Windows 2003 Terminal Server which has to be accessible as much as possible. The plan was to use the TS-webclient and throug this make the transmission of data encrypted.

But to make the solution more secure - i would like to use a smartcard (accesstoken).

Do you have any experience with this. I do not want to use VPN because the plan is that the user should be able to access the Terminal server from any computer - without installing and configuring VPN-software.

Please help.
