Tilføjelse af attachment i simpelt mailscript

Jeg vil gerne have monteret en attachment til dette mail script - kan i hjælpe?

Filen er en PDF som ligger på egen server. MIME-klassen er jeg kommet frem til skal være: application/pdf (ell. text/pdf ??)
