Develop a software for uploading from images

We are looking for someone, who can develop a simple software programme, which can upload images from a paper sticker, paper card or the like up to a website by using a webcam.



Please study www.barcoder.nu. This software can read barcodes via a webcam. Our image can be a barcode, character or a symbol etc, which is recognized via the webcam by a central database and thereby uploaded.
