hijackthis log (meget langsom computer)

hej. jeg håber i kan hjælpe med denne logfil. computeren er ekstremt langsom til opstart og heller ikke for hurtigt generelt.. jeg har scannet for virus og ryddet op med crapcleaner men ikke meget hjalp det.
