Will this computer fit me?

Hello guys!

I'm looking for a new small computer, but of course with maximum performance.

I will use it every day on the bus back and forth to my job. So it is preferable that it is small and lightweight since the working space on the bus is minimal. Each trip takes around 30 minutes.

I usually work with Eclipse and Java programming with maven. I think this is quite heavy tasks for the processor so it need to be able to perform this kind of work as fast as possible.

Since I have never tried windows 8.1 (used to XP) I hope there is no problem with installing such thing's as Eclipse and cmd-tools like maven.

Right now I use a HP/Compaq 6910p that I think got a processor with 1.6 Ghz and 2 kernels. This HP-computer starts to be slower and slower especially at start up. On the bus I will not need to spend so much time on startup and shutdown.

Really cheap (almost strange cheap)
Really nice resoulution
Flashdisc so I guess it will startup fast, from last close???
But windows 8.1 (will I be able to install and run Eclipse and cmdtools??)
Slow processor 1.3 Ghz, but with 4 kernels. (Will it manage my kind of work??)

What do you think guys will it meet my requierments?
