problem med exe.fil kørsel.

Har lige haft denne her tråd oppe: https://www.computerworld.dk/eksperten/spm/1025254.
Problemet med denne her "søsterfil" er flg:
Har lige investeret i en ny pc med windows 10 home leveret af MM vision (pc1)
Computeren er virusfri. Søsterfilen (som er fra en anden broker som også udbyder c-trader platformen) er at filen kan fint køre på min pc2 (windows 7), men den kan ikke køres på min pc1. Der er uden problemer installeret samme type fil fra 7 andre brokere som også udbyder c-trader platformen og samme type exe. fil.

og details giver mig denne her forklaring men jeg aner ikke hvad det betyder og hvor jeg skal lede henne.

Kort og godt, kan programmet ikke hente installationsfilerne på nettet.

Kører du i et erhvervs miljø? - hvor administratoren evt. ikke har den rette proxy setting, eller ikke har lov at gå på nettet?

Nej Ole, Jeg er en helt almindelig bruger som kører på mit hjemmenetværk. Så en helt almindelig opsætning.

Sidwave. Har lige prøvet at installere den på min bærbare som også har windows 10 home, og her er ikke problemer. Så problemet kan kun ligge på min desktop et eller andet sted. Der må være en "indstilling" som skal ændres, sikkert på sikkerhedsområdet formoder jeg, men er ikke ekspert. Det er derfor jeg ligger spørgsmålet ind her.
