E-mail get's sorted as spam

Hello Guys!
(Sorry for writing in English, I just use English since my Danish is a bit poor)
I try to help out as a technical adviser at my children's school, a parent association school.
How ever the school has a email-service at a company that also host the website. Every week the teachers sends email to the parents, but nearly all emails seems to be sorted as trash/spam so a lot of email is never noticed by us parents.
The company that provide the email service found out that one of there servers were black listed, but that should have been taken care of. Together with this company we have also created a spf-pointer. (I hardly know what that is or how it works)
Do you guys know any other precaution we can take?
Best regards
Fredrik

fortæl forældre, at de bare en gang skal højreklikke på en mail fra skolen, og vælge - markér som ikke spam - så skulle adressen huskes fremover, og gå lige igennem til indbakken.

I will try it again and see if I get any progress.
Best regards

Outlook: højreklik, vælg Regler, Opret regel, og sæt alle fra den afsender i indbakken - så er det på plads.

Deploy SPF (already done) DKIM & DMARC.
Then everything has been done that can be done to make it easy on the mailbox providers to determine the authenticity of the email.

The big ones like Google have tips on how to avoid the SPAM folder if you're a legit sender.

Step 3 is the really important one

I had somewhat the same issue with mails coming from one particular sender. Nothing helped; whitelisting, deleting all rules, contacting the host etc..

What helped wa actually a re-install of the email program. It seemed that some old "stuff" prevented the mails to get to the inbox; even on the webmail...
