Jeg kan godt refferere til stien når jeg kopier en fil f.eks

det kører bare.

Er .doc associeret med Word?

Men det er nok den parameter nr.2 som er lpOperation er sat til vbNullString ,,, mangler der ikke noget der eller hvad?

Du skal ikke have referencen med til WinWord - kun dokumentnavnet inklusive fuld sti.
