Alle de steder jeg har set er der ingenting om at sende formularer som snapshot.

Hi Ingolf, I'm sorry to say that I am not 100% sure if its possible with a form. I am sure I have seen somewher that its possible to convert (print) and object (report, form etc.) to a snapshot document and then attach this document to a mail, but I just dont seem to be able to find the example. But I must ask why you want to send a form, why dont you just create a reporty which looks like your form?

No need to make things more difficult than they are :o)

Formularen ser ud som jeg gerne vil kunne sende den. Så hvis muligheden var der med at sende som snapshot, var der jo ingen grund til også at skulle lave en rapport.

Kan du ikke bruge "print screen"? evt. "Alt + print screen", den medtager kun det aktive vindue.

Derefter kan du jo evt. redigere billedet i et billedbehandlingsprogram og f.eks. beskære det hvis det er nødvendigt og herefter vedhæfte det i en mail (du kan også indsætte det i word og redigere det der).

der findes programmer der kan klare jobbet for dig, men de er ikke ligefrem gratis ;)

Kunne være ret fikst hvis man selv kunne kode sig til en løsning. Hvis den findes, kender jeg den desværre ikke. Har heller ikke kunne finde noget selvom jeg har søgt længe :/

Docmd.printout but thats not the problem its getting it converted to PDF

There i something used in Access called Snapshot Viewer and I think its this ingolf is after.

argh of course there is G*** Think I have been working to much with other apps.

But isn´t it possible to work around that issue. Ex insert a button on the form, create some code that sends the keys [alt] + [Print screen], opens Outlook, creates a new mail and inserts the captured area ??? Mhh will take a h.... of hardcore coding I imagine. Quite a challenge ;))
