Hjælp med installering af MySQL

Hej jeg mangler hjælp med at installere denne kode i min database. Mit problem er bare at jeg ikke har så meget forstand på mysql så hvis der er en der gider hjælp mig med at sige med lidt lette ord hvordan man skal installere denne kode så for du 200 points.
