Mail afvises
På vores Exchange-server 5.5 har jeg for nylig oprette en ny bruger. Problemet er bare at der kun kan sendes mail ud af huset fra kontoen. Prøver man at sende til den får man en mail retur som ser således ud:This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:
Your message was not delivered because the DNS records for the
destination computer could not be found. Carefully check that
the address was spelled correctly, and try sending it again if
there were any mistakes.
It is also possible that a network problem caused this situation,
so if you are sure the address is correct you might want to try to
send it again. If the problem continues, contact your friendly
system administrator.
Host domain.canvas.dk not found
The following recipients did not receive this message:

Vi henter post med connector for POP3 mailboxes (hedder den vist).
Der har aldrig før været problemer når nye medarbejdere har fået tildelt en mail-adr.
Nogen gode løsningsforslag?
