ccpxysvc.EXE hvad er det?

Common Client Proxy Service.  This task is found in Norton Personal Firewall 2003 and Norton Internet Security 2003 under Windows 2000/XP.  We do not yet know what it does.

Recommendation :
We do not know what this task/service actually does, but we do know it is essential to the proper functioning of the firewall, so leave it alone.  That said, this task is often seen “not responding” on some PCs;  when this happens, start any Norton program and do a  manual LiveUpdate  to pick up the latest software updates (as opposed to virus definitions which are the only item “Automatic LiveUpdates” pick up) – this usually solves the problem.
