tæl antal søge resultater i mysql_query

til at tælle antallet af søge resultater benytter jeg koden :
$nogengodkend = mysql_query("SELECT user FROM tabel WHERE test='$test' AND test='0'");
$godenogen = mysql_fetch_array($nogengodkend);
$antalikkegodkendt = count($godenogen);
echo $antalikkegodkendt;
