Outlook bevarer emails på server?

Hejsa,

jeg sidder og prøver at få min fars email til at virke, men den driller lidt. Næsten hver gang (kun næsten), når han får tilsendt en fil får han denne email af tdc istedet.

To fix this problem, delete some messages from your mailbox, and contact the sender to resend the message.

If you are using webmail, you should also notice: the content of your folders can take up a lot of space (eg. deleted items and sent items).

If the size of the message is too big, contact the sender to reduce the size of the message and resend the message.

TDC siger altså at jeg ikke har mere plads på deres server, hvilket sikkert er rigtigt da der ligger tusindvis af emails på denne computer. Men de burde da ikke ligge på tdc's server?

Kan man ikke sætte outlook til at slette emails på serveren som allerede er hentet til klienten?
