hjælp med hijackthis log

Jeg har problemer med IE, hver gang jeg åbner en hjemmeside kommer dette frem 4 gange i træk:

jeg er blevet sat til at lave en hijackthis på mit system, da ingen af spywareremoveal tools'ne kunne fjerne det. Hvad skal jeg gøre for at fjerne det :o)
