Jeg synes lige I skal se det svar jeg har fået fra Pinnacle:
Let me know how you do with this.
First you want to be sure that you do have a NVIDIA based video card. To find out you will want to visit
www.nvidia.com and look to be sure your video card is listed.
Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your NVIDIA video card.
With NVIDIA drivers, if you don’t to a un-install before you reinstall you can cause many problems. So if you have installed a series of drivers without uninstalling, you may be having problems related to that. For the best way to find out how to install your video card drivers see the manufacturer’s website.
Take a look at these FAQ’s about Video capture and Overlay problems.

http://www.reactorcritical.com/or
http://www.gamers-amo.com/nV9x.html With the Via Chipset and NVIDIA cards people maybe choosing options, which are supposed to yield the highest performance. If you have the VIA chipset you need to set the AGP mode to 2x, and install the AGP Driver in normal mode. Disable “FASTWRITES” and set AGP steering to auto in the bios
NOTE: Pinnacle urges you to contact the Manufacturer of the Motherboard if you have problems or if you are unfamiliar with the Bios and its’ settings. Pinnacle Systems is not held accountable for any damage done to the computer by attempting these bios changes.
There is also a registry patch, which has been developed by Jim Middleton.
NOTE: Pinnacle strongly recommends that you backup your registry prior to making any changes to it. Pinnacle is not held accountable for any damage to your files or computer. By applying the registry patch you agree to not hold Pinnacle Systems accountable for any damage caused by it.
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\System\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\Class\\Display\\0000\\NVIDIA\\DirectDraw]
“OverlayMode”=dword:00000004
“OverlayColorControlEnable”=dword:00000001
“OverlayHue”=dword:00000000
“OverlayBrightness”=dword:00000000
“OverlaySaturation”=dword:00000064
“OverlayContrast”=dword:00000064
“VideoBusMasterMode”=dword:00000002
This fix works for NVIDIA cards, which are experiencing less than complete overlay compliance with NVIDA reference drivers.
NVIDIA has apparently fixed the overlay issues with releases 6.4x up and the 7 series of reference drivers. Those drivers are mostly, but not completely, for newer GE-FORCE cards. They can be used on the TNT and the TNT2 cards, but the 6.x and 7.x series drivers are not really intended for the Older NVIDIA cards. If you use the 3.x and 5.x series reference drivers they do not contain the overlay support. It can be activated with the registry fixes.
The easiest way to use the patch is to create a file in notepad by cutting and pasting from the post including the “REGEDIT4”
Close and save the file naming it something like dc10fix.reg. (do not include the last period in the file name it is just a punctuation mark) The .reg is the important part.
Once you have named the file go to Windows Explorer, right click on the file and tell it to merge. You want to merge it to your registry. Shut your computer down. Turn it back on and test Overlay.
