visual source safe og access

VSS to Access is quite new, so I dont think many use it. There are limitations using VSS with Access but generally it works well.  I cant say 100% for sure if it is possible to compare different versions, but I dont see why it shouldnt be possible. Comparing the current VSS version with the current source version works fine.

access er baseret på en fil, og alt koden ligger i den, så sprøgsmålet er om den gemmer det, og visser hver modul for sig

All forms/code etc is placed in seperate files in a sub folder. VSS uses these files to compare VSS versions with the version being made for example.

So you can actually edit these files with NotePad. But this will not effect what is in the actual MDB/ADP file.

Men kan i få access til at lave en graf som læser x fra en bestemt felt og y for en anden felt. og tegner denne graf ?
jeg vil blive rigtigt glad hvis i har en eks.

Which version of Access are you using? Have you added the database to VSS?

From the Tools menu you can open VSS. You need to add your database to VSS. This will create a project in VSS. A sub folder will be created where all objetcs are saved. You can view these in VSS but NOT in Access. You can also browse to the folder wher ethey are saved on your hard disk

Jeg har Access 2003, jeg har end ikke installeret VSS, men overjer det.
Det jeg skal bruger er noget version styríng og kvalitetsikring af min Databse.
Således at jeg altid kan gå tilbage til tidligere version og se forskellen mellem disse. jeg er ikke helt med hvordan VSS gøre det her. for hvad med formen, hvis jeg nu har tilføjet noget nyt til formen eller koden siden den forige kan jeg se det og kan jeg vende tilbage en tidligere version

Yes you can use VSS to keep all versions of your database and go back to a previous version if required. You can also compare version.

I suggest  that you install VSS and see how it works with Access. From my expereince it is very good and can do what you require. But you will need to learn how to use it yourself, it would take FAR TO LONG to explain here.

Not sure what you mean "downloade det her uden masse bøvl som prøve"! I thought you already had it. Otherwise I think your going to have to purchase it. Then you will need to download the Access 2003 Plug-in which you can find here
