How to install package.src.rpm?

Hello!

I need to install a package called:
libraw1394
... to be able to install Kino

How ever it seems that libraw1394 only is available in src.rpm form.

ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/Mandrake/10.2/SRPMS/main/libraw1394-1.1.0-3mdk.src.rpm

Correct me if I'm wrong but I guess I need to compile that in some way?

Perhaps you guys can tell me how to compile and install a package in src.rpm form?
