GD lib problem : Alle thumbnails bliver sorte

Hej
jeg vil gerne lave thumbnail af de filer jeg uploader... Det lykkes til dels, men alle billeder bliver sorte

Jeg bruger nedenstpende GD version og script

Nogen der har en løsning?
