Computeren kunne ikke forny sin adresse fra netværket
DHCP Event ID 1003 har bredt sig som en steppebrand på mit system. Det er godt nok blot en advarsel, men jeg synes det burde have været en error, for det går ud over Group Policy.Nå, men den siger:
Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from
the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address
000FFE033B54. The following error occurred:
The semaphore timeout (!!! hvad pokker det er for noget?) period has expired. . Your computer will continue
to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP)
server.

Få sekunder efter kommer så en NETLOGON ERROR med ID'en 5719, som siger
No Domain Controller is available for domain STCTR due to the
following:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon
request. .
Make sure that the computer is connected to the network and try again.
If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.

De artikler der er om fænomenet siger at det med semaphorens timeout er noget der "applies to Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 Standard Edition eller Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Developer Edition", jeg kører w2003 og XP.
