Rette i engelsk tekst

Hej eksperter..

Jeg ville lige høre om i vil hjælpe med at rette lidt i mit engelsk resumé... Jeg giver 100point eller mere til alle der kommer med nogle gode rettelser..

<-- Her er den -->

This article is written by Runa Pihlmann, in Jyllands-Posten October 2003.
It is about students’ increase of painkillers. It’s says that children are beginning to use much more medicine than previously.

A big investigation with 4824 students, who was in the age of 11, 13 and 15 year shows that 20 percent of all students have problems with headache, stomach-ache, backache, nervousness, sleep-problems, dizziness, irritation or just feel sad and uncomfortable.
They look at the girls’ use of painkillers against for example headache, and it shows that 37 percent of them at least used painkillers one time in the month in 1988, while it was 57 percent of the girls in 2002. It is an increase with 20 percent. The boys’ consumptation are 17 percent in 1988 and 40 percent in 2002. The percent is a bit lower, but the increase is higher.

Bjørn Holstein, professor in sociology and writer of this report, says it is a rather high increase, but the symptoms for the painkillers have not increased. And he concludes that there is a quite high tendency to use painkillers.
According to Bjørn Holstein is it a sign that people are much more stressed and that the pressure is much bigger. He says that the modern family can not take a day off and relax. They can not afford to be sick and waste time. Therefore they chose the easy way, the painkillers. People are using painkillers automatically, even them, who are not sick.
The medicine should have a bigger consideration in our health politic. We hear about people, who smoke and drink, but not about the medicine, he says. He request people to use common sense. And he finds it strange that there is not more research on this area.

The specialist Jesper Michael Nielsen says that he often sees teenagers, who the elementary things like food, exercise and sleep are not in order. Many teenagers do not get their sleep; they are missing about 1-2 hours every night.
He has seen a boy, who got migraine because of his food. He did not get any kind of breakfast or lunch. First after a half year and 3 visits at the doctor they found out how important it is to eat. Another example is a 16 years old boy, who got 2 hours less than he needed every day because of the friends. They were sending him SMS-messages on the mobile and he answered because his father would not turn off the mobile.
He means that them, who do not get any kind of exercise, should work out. And them, who get to much exercise, need to relax sometimes. Instead of using painkillers before training they could take a day off.
According to Jesper Michael Nielsen must the parents take more responsibility for their children and keep an eye on the glass of painkillers. The children are using painkillers because the parents use them.
There is any specification of how many children, who are send to a specialist with the symptoms headache, stomach-ache or sleep troubles, but according to Jesper Michael Nielsen is it increased very intense over the last 10 years. And he fear that it will continue if people still ignore the problem.

The Danish Medicines Agency does not have any kind of specification or registration of non-prescription drugs, because the medicine is being sold in the shops without any prescription and they can not register the customers’ age. But the Danish Medicines Agency says that the amount of non-prescription drugs has been constant the last 5 years.

"It is about students’ increase of painkillers."
bær være "It is about students’ increased use of painkillers."

"he often sees teenagers"
bør være "he often see teenagers"

"Many teenagers do not get their sleep;"
bør være "Many teenagers do not get enough sleep;"

"First after a half year and 3 visits at the doctor they found out how important it is to eat."
adskillige rettelser til "Only after half a year and 3 visits at the doctor did they fiund out how important it is to eat correctly."

"He means that them." Comeon, det er sku for sølle. ligner en tranexp ord for ord oversættelse. Måske sku du bare ta dit 3-tal (og så ellers se at få en ordentlig nattesøvn så du ikke behøver sove i timerne til næste år).

Bjørn Holstein, a professor in sociology and the writer of this report, says that the substantial increase in painkiller use is not matched by an increase in the symptoms for witch painkillers are normally used.
According to Bjørn Holstein the increase in use of painkillers is it a sign that people are much more stressed out and that the pressures of modern society has also increased. He explains that the modern family can not just take a day off and relax, they can not afford to be sick or to waste time and Ttherefore often chose the easy way, the painkillers. The use of painkillers becomes almost automatic and even people who are not sick take them as a stress release.

The use of medicine like painkillers should play a larger role erbe given more consideration in our health politic. A lot of effort is, spent on problems with smoking and drinking, and rightly so, but medicine abuse is neglected. Bjørn Holstein asks for the use of common sense in the matter. He finds it strange that more research on this issue is not undertaken

The specialist Jesper Michael Nielsen says that he often experiences teenagers, who have basic problems with the most basic of things like food, exercise and sleep. Many teenagers do not get enough sleep; as an average they get 1-2 hours sleep to little every night.
He describes an example with a boy, who had migraine because of the food he eats. He did not have any kind of breakfast or lunch. The issue was resolved after a year and a half and 3 visits to the doctor, after witch proper eating habits and proper food was explained. Another example describes a 16 years old boy, who got deprived of sleep, because of SMS messengers sent by his friends.

Jesper Michael Nielsen stresses the need of exercise and of relaxing in balanced quantities. Proper use of exercise and rest can substitute painkillers
According to Jesper Michael Nielsen parents must assume responsibility for their children and keep an eye on the pill glass, and remember that children are often using painkillers because the parents themselves use them.

No one knows how many children are send to a specialist with symptoms like headache, stomach-ache or sleep troubles, but according to Jesper Michael Nielsen the number has increased sharply over the last decade, and he fears  that the increase will continue if people continue to ignore the problem.

The Danish Medicines Agency does not register the use of non-prescription drugs. These remedies are often sold in common (non pharmaceutical) shops and customer age is not recorded. The Danish Medicines Agency says that the amount of non-prescription drugs being sold has been constant over the last 5 years.

Det var så mit bud, der jo er lavet uden at kende orginalteksten. Du bør nok ikke tage den som den er, men bruge den som inspiration. Jeg har bevist forsøgt at variere sproget
