patricco: sorry - but then you should use ten minutes every week to follow up on the questions you've made.

It's simple to make a hyperlink - just insert a text with http:// - and it will be a hyperlink.

The answer to your question may bee that you should take a preferences for your shortcut - and then change the icon - browse to the file IEXPLORE.EXE and select it - the first icon there will be the explorer icon - select it - and you have your icon back to normal.
