Where to put jars so they are reachable from ejb:s?

You can:

1)  put it in the dir where WL has jar files shared by all apps
    (typical called common or shared or something like that)

2)  change the classloader policy to one classloader shared by all apps
    [I will NOT recommend that !]

3)  put a Class-Path directive in the manifest of you EJB jar pointing
    to the needed jar
