As it-man suggests you can use win98\'s buildt in task manager to start a job at a given time. You can then start Access with command line options, one of these is the /X macro_name to run a specific macro instead of autoexec. Autoexec is often used for other things!
Dette er en løsning jeg utvilsomt kan bruke, men hvis det var noen mulighet til å starte makroen mens Access kjørte, ville dette passet best i min aplikasjon. Men i alle fall, tusen takk for gode råd
If access is running then I would have thought it was easier!
There is a timer event on each form!
The following is taken from Access help. ///// The Timer event occurs for a form at regular intervals as specified by the form\'s TimerInterval property.
Remarks
To run a macro or event procedure when this event occurs, set the OnTimer property to the name of the macro or to [Event Procedure]. By running a macro or event procedure when a Timer event occurs, you can control what Microsoft Access does at every timer interval. For example, you might want to requery underlying records or repaint the screen at specified intervals.
The TimerInterval property setting of the form specifies the interval, in milliseconds, between Timer events. The interval can be between 0 and 65,535 milliseconds. Setting the TimerInterval property to 0 prevents the Timer event from occurring.
Takk for raske og fine svar, men jeg trenger mer konkret hjelp for å fårstå. Hvis jeg skal starte makroen: mKalkuler klokken 14:30 fra et skjema (form), hvor legger jeg inn kommandoen?
In the form load event you need to set the timer interval, in this example once every second. Each second the timer event gets called where you can decide if its time to call your macro...
Sub Form_Load() Me.TimerInterval = 1000 End Sub
Private Sub Form_Timer() Dim StartTime As Date Dim StopTime As Date
If Time >= StartTime And Time < StopTime Then \' Run macro. Debug.Print \"Run Macro...\" \'DoCmd.RunMacro (\"Yourmacro\") Else \' Don\'t run macro. Debug.Print \"Don\'t run Macro...\" End If
Dette så mer forståelig ut! Tusen takk for hjelpen......
Synes godt om
