Hjælp til at lave en god RMA

hej.

Mine ram virker ikke, og jeg har tænkt mig at sende dem tilbage til tyskland, hvor de er købt. Jeg skal måske have lidt hjælp til at skrive en god RMA.

Jeg har skrevet et forslag til RMA, og vil gerne høre om jeg kunne gøre noget bedre, da det er første gang jeg skriver RMA.
De taler engelsk, selvom det er tyskland :P

I have a problem with my RAM, “2048MB OCZ PC2-9200 REAPER CL5 KIT.”
They simply don’t work. When I insert them in my new PC, the PC boots normally, but when I try to install Windows I get several errors while installing, and Windows can’t be installed successfully. First I thought it was the Hard drive or so, but then I tried to install the memory in my other PC (with Windows already installed) and Windows couldn’t boot!
I have tried to use some other hardware, to see if it was not the RAM that wasn’t working, but I got the same errors and boot failures. So I’m sure that the RAM is not working as they should."
