Låse aktivefelter efter at man har udfyldt dem

Jeg er ved at lave en label i Adobe Designer, hvor man skal udfylde en masse felter.
Når disse er udfyldt skal man kunne låse alle felterne, ved at klikke i et tjek boks felt, så man ikke kan rette i det man har skrevet.

Hvordan gør jeg dette??

Det gør det ikke det er en pdf hvor man skal udfylde nogle felter, så det kommer ikke online. Kan ikke lige se mig ud af hvor man kan vedhæfte herinde, så kan desværre ikke lige vise dig selve pdf'en
