Problemer med computeren :/

Hej jeg har efter min seneste installering af windows xp proffesional oplevet at min cpu går op med et forbrug på 100% når jeg fortager mig noget på min computer, jeg har yderlige fået gjort noget så jeg ikke kan se og afslutte mine processer, kan kun se min cpu forbrug ikke andet,
jeg har taget denne hijackthislog og håber der er nogle der vil kigge den igennem
