Uninstall Network Monitoring Suite of Microsoft i Windows 2008 R2

Vi har 2 nye G7 DL380 fra HP. Den ene crasher konstant. Ved fejlmelding til HP siger de at det er software fejl og ikke hw, selvom de 2 servere er identiske!? Men de forslår at vi skulle "Uninstall Network Monitoring Suite of Microsoft" - og hvordan gøre man lige det i Windows 2008 R2?

HP ProLiant BL/DL/ML Servers - Microsoft Windows Server 2008: Crashed with a Blue Screen (BSOD) Bugcheck BSOD 0x0000001E by nm3.sys
Issue
The server was rebooting unexpectedly with bugcheck 0x0000001E.
As per memory dump:

"BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff8000186d940, 0, ffffffffffffffff}  *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bxnd60a.sys  *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bxvbda.sys  Probably caused by : nm3.sys ( nm3!NetmonReceiveNetBufferLists+27b)"
nm3.sys is related to Network Monitoring Suite of Microsoft which is not essential to the systems.
Solution
Uninstall Network Monitoring Suite of Microsoft.
Also recommendation is to install the below two hotfixes:
    KB977067
    KB976527
