there is an outlook policy template you can add where there are many policies there but I don\'t remember where to download it from. I will try to look for it.

fine. close TCP and UDP port on the net cards. I know it more work but if your network is not so big then it can be done. (if you work with image installations then it\'s even easier)

your clients are not local administrators on their PC\'s so they can\'t open the ports again.

opening ports is a bitch with TDC - you can not do it. but closing is not a problem as you can avoid closing the router and just close the net card.

but on win2k you go to your LAN properties > TCP/IP properties > advanced > options > TCP/IP filtering properties.

win NT is easy too.
