OK, jeg har kontaktet McAfee og en flink mand derinde har sendt mig denne ret lange løsning. Dette skulle altså ifølge McAfee kunne løse dig problem:

this issue with you. You might want to create a VirusScan Rescue Disk
from the Web and boot his computer with it and it will scan and clean
any Viruses that it finds.

Creating the Rescue Disk
NOTE: If at any point in the following instructions you receive a
Security Warning from your web browser answer Yes to the question.
Answering No will not allow this process to complete successfully.
NOTE: The following steps need to be done on a computer that is not
infected with any viruses.
1. Connect to the Internet and go to the following address:
http://www.mcafee.com2. Locate the link entitled "Anti-Virus Center" and click on it. A
new page will then be load.
3. Locate the link entitled "Rescue Disk" and click on it.
4. A new page will then load and may prompt you to enter your email
address. If so, enter your email address and click the Continue
button.
5. If you have previously used the McAfee Clinic online service you
will be asked to enter your email address and password to sign in. If
you are visiting this service for the first time click the "New User"
button to sign up as a new user.
6. Once you are signed-in a page may be displayed explaining the need
to download the rescue disk components. If this page appears click
the "Start Download" link. The necessary components will then be
automatically downloaded to your computer. This may take several
minutes.
7. When the download is complete a new page will load. Click the
Begin button located below the blue status box.
8. You will receive a prompt reminding you that all data on the
floppy disk in drive A: will be lost. Click the Yes button.
9. The Rescue Disk information and files will then be copied to the
floppy disk in drive A:.
10. Once the copying is complete the Rescue Disk utility will validate
the copied files. You will then see a message telling you the Rescue
Disk was created successfully. Click the OK button.
11. Click "Return to Clinic".
12. The McAfee Rescue Disk creation process is now complete. Make
sure you write-protect the disk by sliding the write-protect notch
located in the upper left corner on the backside of the disk so you
can see through the window.
Using the Rescue Disk
1. Take the Rescue Disk to the infected computer.
2. Make sure the infected computer is completely shut down and the
power is off.
3. Insert the Rescue Disk into the A: drive (floppy drive).
4. Turn the computer on. The computer will then automatically boot
off the Rescue Disk and run the Rescue Disk program.
NOTE: The McAfee Rescue Disk was created using Dr. Solomon's SOS
technology. You may see reference to this as you use the Rescue Disk
program.
5. Once you see the menu screen press the F4 key on the keyboard to
scan all files and disinfect any detected viruses. This may take
several minutes.
6. When the process is complete remove the floppy disk from the A:
drive. Turn the computer off. Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
