You can have a picture in RTF documents, but I have a feeling that Access removes them when exporting which I think it does wheh making an attachment

If you open the report and then select Word from the Office Links menu button you will also notice that the picture is NOT visible. Access exports the file to an RTF document and its here that the problem occurs.

Solution? A quick one I dont have :(

Ask Microsoft why the picture gets removed when exporting to an RTF file!

HaHa! Does Bill have use for them? But if you dont think you got the answer you expected then let the question stay open for a while or make an answer yourself and take the points.

The only suggestion I can make is make a Word Document with Automation (code) and see if its possible to attach a LOGO.

Doing it in code isnt as easy as printing a report from Access, but it may solve your problem.
