hi cgleerup! maybe its becuase its something that not many use!
I have just played around with this a few minutes so I dont know much AT ALL about this. I can see that in form view the fields may be in one place, with for example only ONE record on the form. When you print it shows the whole picture on a page and puts a number of records on the form. This would also be the case if there was NO picture on the form. So I dont think there is much at all you can do about it!
Do you want to print ONE record on the page? If so then move the fields to the HEADER, you will get one record but still the fields are NOT where they were on the form
Played around a bit more! First, it seems that when you print the picture fills the page and then records are printed as they come and NOT as they look on the form. You can place a button on the form to print it with the following code.
DoCmd.Printout acSelection, 1, acDraft, 1
This prints the CURRENT record although the fields MAY NOT be placed as on the form. You can stop the button from being printed by setting its "Display When" property to "Screen Only"
Jeg har desværre stadig ikke fået det til at virke men er meget opsat på at det skal kunne lade sig gøre!
Synes godt om
