Shell replacement

Hi Delphi xperts..

I'm a quite new Delphi user, and try to make a Shell Replacement (replace the explore.exe in windows), and it seems to go oh' right.

But i need to know how i can create a "Start-Menu" a' like. Where the applications automaticly place them self, and where the systray buttons place them self too.

|Start| open applications here | systemtray with etc. ICQ

Hope you guys can help me comming throuht this.

Jeg er igang med at bygge et Shell Replacement (Explorer.exe)

Men jeg er gået lidt i stå da jeg skulle lave selv "startmenuen" hvor programmer man åbner automatisk starter..

Hvordan laver en startmenu, nogle der har erfaring med dette ?
