ny post + ny side

Scriptet tilføjer en ny post hver gang banneret aktiveres, men den der skal samtidig åbne en ny side www.NySide.dk i et nyt vindue.
Hvordan laver man det? Det skal være UDEN brug af JavaScript!!!
