The only examples I have are from a Book (MS Jet database Engine Programmer's Guide 2nd Edition)
This is for jet 3.5 (DAO) but I am sure it can be used with Access 2000.

puppetmaster, Chapter 10 in the book covers Security in great depth, also how to add users and groups. There are also code example. There are NO quick and easy methods for do this otherwise if thats what you were hopeing!
