Det er nok fordi at du har mange programmmer åbent, og derfor kan den ikke bare sådan lige lukke ned, da den også skal lukke programmerne ned i sikkerhed.
Det med at din computer lukke langsomt ned, har intet og intet med din cpu og ram osv. at gøre.
Det er simpelthen noget dit styresystem bestemmer.

hvorfor er det irriterende... det er jo bare at sige "luk computer" og så gå!

decrease wait time:

By altering a few registry settings, you can dramatically decrease the amount of time it takes for Windows to shut down. To do this, first open up the registry editor and navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\

Once there, find the value HungAppTimeout and make sure it is set to 5000 (that's the default). Now, in the same folder, look for the value WaitToKillAppTimeout. Set this to 4000 (the default is 20000).

Lastly, navigate to the folder

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\

and change the value WaitToKillServiceTimeout to 4000 as well. Another thing that helps speeding up shutting down is going to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services and then setting the NVidia Driver Help service to Manual.

Making it so that Windows automatically kills applications running is a snap. Simply navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop directory in the Registry, then alter the key AutoEndTasks to the value 1.
Note: the key ’AutoEndTasks’ might not exist. If not, simply create it with a value of 1. To disable the AutoEndTask feature, simply change the value back to 0.

i know it is not an answer to why your computer is taking so long, but any of the 2 choices i put up will solve your problem. obviously do not do them both. I decreased the wait time, but it is a matter of preferance.

Har prøvet at "decrease the wait time", men det hjalp ikke.

Hvis du har et netkort i maskinen med en BNC port der ikke bruges (det runde stik), så brøv at sætte en terminator på (pris 30-40 kroner).
Det plejer at hjælpe på shutdowntiden.

Som jeg har skrevet, så virkede det ikke med at "decrease the wait time". Jeg har ikke et netkort med en BNC-port der ikke bruges. Betyder dit link, at mna egentligt bare skal trykke på power-knappen for at slukke?
