Hvor er includes og libraries?

Jeg er ved at installerer noget software på min RedHat 7.2 linux. De mangler følgende info:

libraries and header files; I use the MySQL backend and call configure
like this:

./configure --with-modules=mod_sql:mod_sql_mysql \
            --with-includes=/usr/local/include \
            --with-libraries=/usr/local/lib/mysql

Er der nogen der kender de "rigtige" standard stier til includes + libraries på en RedHat box?
