Sammensæt 2 sider til 1 fungerende!!

Efter at have siddet hele eftermiddagen uden at finde fejl[ene], så spørger jeg sødt jer om hjælp...
Har 2 sider hhv. en top.asp og en sidescroll.htm [fra bratte.com]
Hver for sig fungerer de perfekt, men hvordan sætter jeg dem sammen så de fungerer, OG ser ud i propertioner som top.asp gør nu??
