Nu ved jeg ikke, hvilken version af Office du har. Men til løsning af visse fejl i Office 2000, anbefaler Microsoft at afinstallere office pakken.

Derefter sletter du en nøgle i registreringsdatabasen:

Modify the Office Key in the Registry
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
2. Locate the 9.0 value under the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\
3. On the Edit menu, click Delete, and then click Yes.
4. Quit Registry Editor.
You should be able to successfully install Office 2000 Premium and open all of the Office 2000 products.
