Very likley because on the terminal server it is the servers regional settings which control what format is used nottheh PCwhich opens the terminal server.
I assume that your working in Access and creating appointments in Outlook, so I would make sure that the format your putting in AftaleDatoTid is in yyyy/mm/dd. If you let users enter dates directly then you have no idea what they enter as long as it is a valid date. So if possible try using a calendar control so that you have more control over what they enter (choose).
