Mener du targets i forbindelse med frames?

Jeg fik ikke stillet spørgsmålet uddybende nok, fordi jeg åbenbart er kommet til at sende det halvt.

Har lavet en linket knap i Livemotion, som jeg har importeret i en menuframe i venstre side i Golive. Den virker sådan set godt nok, men vil gerne ha´ target i højre frame. Ved du hvordan?

TargetRemote is used in conjunction with the Open Window JavaScript action. You can use Target Remote to set up a small hyperlinked menu outside the main browser window so that when a viewer clicks on an item in the menu window, the target URL opens in the main browser window.

To apply the TargetRemote action:

1 Set up an Open Window action to open another HTML page in a new window. In this new HTML page, set up a menu using buttons, graphics, and text as necessary.

2 Link each menu item using the New Link button in the Inspector.

3 For each menu item, add a TargetRemote action as a mouse event in the Actions palette, as described in Setting up actions.

4 In the TargetRemote URL Link text box, type the URL of the page that you want to load in the original window when the link is clicked.

5 If the original window is a frame set and you want the linked page to open in one of the frames, type the name of the frame in the Optional Target Frame Name text box.

Note: If remote windows are resized in Netscape Navigator, they lose their ability to target the original window. For this reason, the TargetRemote action should be used only with windows that are not resizable.

Displaying two frames from one link

Target2Frames lets you display two frames from a single link. For example, suppose your Web page has three frames: one on the left with a button, and an upper frame and lower frame on the right. With Target2Frames, you can set up the page so that clicking the button in the left frame displays a separate new page in each of the upper and lower frames on the right.

To apply the Target2Frames action:

1 Set up the action trigger on a page in one of the frames, as described in Setting up actions. This action must be triggered by a mouse event, such as a mouse click.

2 Choose Actions Plus > Target2Frames in the Actions palette.

3 For Frame 1, enter the name of the frame in which you want the first new page to appear when the action is triggered.

4 For Link, link to the page or URL to display in that frame.

5 For Frame 2, enter the name of the frame in which you want the second new page to appear when the action is triggered.

6 For Link, link to the page or URL to display in that frame.

Jeg vil anbefale dig at bruge Frontpage til dette, hvis det skal være en visule løsning. Golive er ikke nem at danse med til det. Det forudsætter at man har frontpage.

det er temmelig simpelt:

1: Åben din frames side og omdøb din hovedframe til main (eller hvad du nu vil kalde den)
2: åben den side du vil åbne dit link fra (den side der skal stå ovre i venstre eller højre side som menuen)
3tryk på dit link og i din inspector vil der stå en brik der hedder target. Her skriver du main og så skulle alt fungere i den bedste orden.
