Why can't I access my axis webservice?

Hello!

I have tried to follow this tutorial:

But I can't make it work.

I have even tried to make it even simpler to change the service class to this simple one in this tutorial:
http://wso2.org/library/95

I just can not access the webservice at all. When I try to access the wsdl like they say in the tutorial I just get a 404 back.
I use this url: http://127.0.0.1:7001/axistesting/axestesting.SimpleService?WSDL

I use weblogic 8.1.4 and eclipse and maven for this.
In hope that any one could take a look I exported my project and put it in a zip (24Mb) at:

So if any one got the time and try it out and if you find any errors please let me know!
