PHP.ini Spørgsmål

Jeg har et lille haster spørgsmål, så håber at kunne få lidt hurtigt hjælp.

Jeg har i nogle år efterhånden arbejdet en del med PHP, hvor jeg hver gang har haft hjemmesiderne liggende på One.com's server. Nu har jeg så en hjemmeside som jeg af visse årsager er ved at flytte til en server hvor jeg selv har rådighed over alle konfigurations muligheder. Det er ikke mig selv der har installeret serveren, Apache eller PHP, og har aldrig før arbejdet med PHP.ini da jeg jo som sagt har kørt på One.com.

Mit problem er nu at jeg ikke kan få vist fejlmeddelser i PHP. Lige meget hvor forkerte PHP tags jeg end laver viser den bare en blank side. PHP.ini ser ud som følger:
