Problem med baggrundsbillede i <table>

Jeg har to filer, menu.html og css.css.

Her er menu.html:

Mit problem er at i css.css har jeg sat baggrundsbilledet i tabellen i menu.html til at være filen logo1.jpg. Men når jeg åbner menu.html, er der intet baggrundsbillede. plz help me
