Apache & Resin opsætning.

Hejsa.

Jeg har installeret Apache 1.3.24 og Resin 2.1.0 på win.

Jeg har kigget på Apache's doc, men synes ikke at kunne finde det jeg leder efter.

Hvordan sætter jeg Apache op, så den virker med mit domæne?

Er der andre opsætninger jeg skal tage højde for?

ok, nu kan jeg se apaches dafault side.
Nu skal jeg bare have den til at pege på mine web-sider.

Min index.jsp bliver IKKE automatisk loaded!
Hvis jeg taster mit domænenavn i browseren, får jeg mappestrukturen på serveren (Index of /) og skal her selv trykke på index.jsp!

hmm. jeg troede at det virkede, men det gjorde det ikke.

Apache kører fint selv, og det samme gør resin, men de vil ikke sammen.

kan man se at Apache kører, men mine jsp tac vil ikke vises?

kan man så se resin kører, og der virker jsp siderne fint.

Men hvorfor vil de ikke sammen? Jeg er rimelig sikker på at jeg har sat conf. filer rigtig op, men her er de alligevel.

normal plejer jeg at ligge mine JAR filer i \resin\lib
men nu hvor jeg går gennem apache, synes det ikke at virker.
skal jar filerne ligge et bestemt sted?

det skal lige siges at hvis jeg kontakter min db fra en jsp side, så virker det fint.

Problemmet er når jeg skal kontakte databasen fra min lokale maskine?
Altså via en java class

ok. Jeg tror at problemmet var adgangskontrol til min db.


Et tillægsspørgsmål:

Kan man ikke sætte resin op til at køre som en windows services?
Jeg synes ikke at det står i deres doc!

nu kan jeg selvfølgelig ikke huske hvilken kommando i bin directoryet du skal bruge men en af dem kan kaldes f.eks.

Kommando -install_as resin

Så installeres der en service der hedder 'Resin'

Jeg har installeret resin som windows services, men når jeg genstarter computeren og vil tilgå websiden får jeg denne besked:

Can't contact servlet runner at 127.0.0.1:6802

Har du nogen anelse hvad det kan være?
(resin kører perfekt, hvis jeg starten den manuelt)

prøv at gå ind i administrator tools under services og se om resin servicen er sat til autostart

den er sat til automatic.
Hvis jeg højreklikker på den, og vælger "restart" - så genstarten den servicen. Men man kan stadig ikke tilgå siden i browseren!

Det virker kun hvis man starten den manuelt.

(jeg går ikke ud fra at det er noget med apache, da den kører perfekt)
